Station 1 – Squats
Station 2 – Row
Station 3 – Swings
Station 4 – Burpees
You will perform a EMOM x 7 mins on each station with 1 min rest between stations.
You can choose one of the 4 following rep schemes to do , performing them in a “death by format”. If you cant complete required reps within the minute, start again at first number. For exmple 2-4-6-8x-2-4-6 reps
Level 1 – 2-4-6-8-10-12-14
Level 2 – 4-6-8-10-12-14-16
Level 3 – 6-8-10-12-14-16-18
Level 4 – 8-10-12-14-16-18-20
