2 rounds of Cindy – 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Squats

Next 2 mins :

Run 200m + 15 KBS (32/24)

Next 2 mins:

15 Burpees + 15 Box Jumps (24/20)

Then back to the start until you have done 5 sets on each
