10-12-14-16-18 reps on each x 2 rounds

A. Bike

B. KB Swings 24/16

C. 10m Shuttle Runs

D. Burpees

Do 2 rounds of 10 reps on each movement (8 mins), resting whatever time you have left in the minute. On set 3 you will up the reps on everything to 12 and do that for 2 more rounds. On set 5 you would then up to 14 for 2 rounds etc etc. The Rxd numbers are TOUGH, especially on the bike. The last 2 sets should be challenging. If you get to a number you cant complete, hold the last number you did and finish with that for the workout. So for example you may finish on 12 cal bike, 16 KBS, 14 shuttles and 12 burpees.
