A. Marathon Row Burpee Prep

In pairs, 8-10 sets

Row 2 mins @ 80-90%

Rest 30s

1 min max Burpees

Rest 30s

Once partner A has rowed for 2 mins partner B gets straight onto rower and partner b’s rest starts. There should be someone constantly rowing as the burpees plus rest = 2 mins and that is the time the other partner is rowing.

 

B. Midweek Motor

3-4 sets

2 mins Assault Bike
