B. “Pairs Hammer”

Amrap in 16 mins

5 Power Cleans 60/40

10 Front Squats 60/40

5 Jerks

20 Pull Ups

Alternate the barbell exercises but accumulate 20 pull ups together. So for example round 1 person A will do 5 Power cleans and 5 jerks and pull ups and person b will do 10 front squats and pull ups. Next round person A will do front squats and pull ups.
