10 Push Ups

10 Sit Ups

15 Squats

  • every 3 rounds 20 Push Press with an object*
  • fill a rucksack with book , use any free weights (dumbells , bars etc) Anything that is challenging to put above your head for 20 reps

“Death by Double Unders”

Every minute on minute

min 1 – 5 reps

min 2 – 10 reps

min 3 – 15 reps

etc etc until you can complete desired number. Advanced start at 10 reps and increase by 10 each time
