General Warm Up

Mobility
Goblet Squat (grab any weight – Kettlebell/Dumbell/Plate/Milk or Child)

Sit Deep into Squat (shift weight to your right driving your knee over your toe and hold for 10s and repeat on the left)
WOD
Tabata – 20s on 10s off x 8 sets on each exercise
Squats
Sit Ups
Push Ups
Tuck Jumps
Rest 1 minute between exercises
Other exercises you could use if you have kit:
- Russian Swings
- Plate GTOH
- Jump Rope
- DB or KB Snatch
Cool Down:
1-2 mins on each
