3-5 sets
1 minute Run / Jog / Walk
10 Push Ups
10 Lunges
Rest 1-2 mins between rounds
Take it easy and go at your own pace
Also, give yourself a day off between workouts, this will allow your muscles to recover if they aren’t used to working out
