“OUTSIDE THE BOX”
Please note this Monday 26th February we are hosting our second “Outside the box” workout.
There seemed to be a really good buzz around the last one, where Sam held his mobility class and we are hoping this continues with the “Stadium Workout”.
Classes will run as normal, 7:00, 9:30, 10:30 and 16:00-21:00 and will be held inside the football stadium. We are expecting quite a cold day so please come wearing plenty of layers. The coaches will have you moving as soon as you arrive so don’t expect to be cold for too long. I would advise wearing gloves as well, as the Kettlebells *hint hint* may get a little chilly.
As a heads up, the WOD will be an endurance based session with plenty of running, so a great opportunity to work on that capacity.
“SKILLS SESSIONS”
This week will be the start of our new “Skills sessions”. These will be held at 8pm on Tuesday and Thursday. Each month I will announce what each session will focus on , that way you can pick the skill most relevant to you.
This week will be as follows:
Tuesday 27th Feb
Skill – Handstands and Handstand Push Up Progressions
Skill Level Required – Beginner
Prerequisites – None
Available to all, no need to box.

Thursday 29th Feb
Skill – Kipping Pull Ups / TTB
Skill Level Required – Intermediate
Prerequisites – Men – 5 Strict Pull Ups. Women 3 Strict Pull Ups. Please note, we will only be able to move through progressions with this numbers in place. We will be holding a Pull Up progressions session for beginners next month.
