In teams of 4 complete as many reps as possible in 30 mins on:
A. Row (cals)
B and C. 2 people working on “Double Jack” 20 STOH (50/35), 20 Box Jumps, 20 KB Swings (24/16)
D. Rest
- Once a round is complete person A moves into doing jack, B stays on Jack for another round, c goes to rest station and D moves to rower
- Score is rower cals added to total reps on “Jack”
