Community Support at CrossFit Bath
- Level 3 Personal Training
- Level 4 Strength and Conditioning
- Level 2 British Weightlifting
From an early age, sport and exercise have always been a huge part of my life, so it was only natural that I found myself working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach. That eventually led me into the world of CrossFit, where I began coaching both CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting after a family member introduced me to the sport during the CrossFit Open.
I started coaching at a small CrossFit affiliate near my hometown, where CrossFit naturally became my primary training method. Along the way, I dipped my toe into the competitive side of the sport, earned my CrossFit Level 1 Trainer qualification, and developed a real passion for coaching people using the CrossFit methodology.
In 2020, I decided to take on a new challenge and joined the police, serving as a police officer across a number of towns and counties. After several rewarding years, I made the move into the Community Support role here at CrossFit Bath—a role that brings together two things I value most: CrossFit and community.
I love being part of our members’ journeys, whether it’s helping someone take their very first steps through Foundations or supporting experienced athletes as they continue to develop. Seeing people grow in confidence, fitness, and capability is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do, and I’m proud to be part of the CrossFit Bath community.
