    In teams of 3 complete the following. One person working at a time

    100-80-60-40-20 reps of;
    Wall Ball
    Box Jumps (24/20)
    KB Swings (32/24)

    - every 5 minutes including minute 0, the 3 team members must do one of the following;
    - Run 200m
    - 10 Burpees
    - KB Front Rack Hold

    You can only continue with the workout once all 3 have been completed. 1 team member on each.
