Our Philosophy
At CrossFit we base our strength and conditioning programme around constantly varied , functional movements performed at a high intensity.
Our workouts involve modalities such as running, rowing, olympic and powerlifting and gymnastics.
It is critical you attend 3 induction sessions before being put into the class format to perfect technique and body control. In the first 3 sessions you will be learning the 9 Fundamental movements (squat, front squat, overhead squat, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, medecine ball clean, press, push press, push jerk). It is essential these moves are mastered before the intensity is increased as these movements are the building blocks of our programme.
