OUR SERVICES

At CrossFit Bath, we offer functional programming that gives you a competitive edge. You’ll learn proper movements and technique as well as nutrition planning. We scale every workout to fit your current fitness level, so don’t be afraid to try something outside of your comfort zone. That’s when you discover what you’re really made of!

  • Workout Of the Day

    This 1-hour long class is a consistent mix of variety and FUN! You’ll perform stretching, skill practices, strength work and/or a conditioning circuit (met-con). Plus, each “WOD” (Workout of the Day) will be different so it will keep your body guessing. Every workout can be scaled to the individual, considering your current fitness level and ability.

  • Group Intro Course

    Train beside beginners just like you and learn the correct techniques for classic CrossFit movements. This course will ease you into the intensity of traditional CrossFit workouts while introducing basic foundational skills. The course consists of 8 sessions over a 4-week period meeting every Tuesday and Thursday. Each group usually consists of 8-15 people.

  • 1-on-1 Intro Course

    With our 1-on-1 course, you’ll receive a full health and movement assessment and learn the basics of CrossFit training. Individual instruction is great for those in need of extra attention and care. This course consists of 5-6 sessions.

  • Personal Training

    At CrossFit Bath, our experienced and friendly team of professionals can help you reach your maximum potential. Personal training is the fastest way to achieve your goals whether it’s to gain muscle, lose weight, or increase energy throughout the day.

  • Olympic Lifting Class

    Our Olympic Weightlifting class follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competitions. Our courses are great whether you’re looking to improve your technique and strength or want to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.

  • Ladies Class

    Never worked out before, but ready to immerse yourself into the world of CrossFit? Or are you a busy mum with some time to spare for your personal strength and health? Our Ladies classes were designed with you in mind. We welcome ladies of all abilities to join in on these progressive classes.

  • Skills Class

    This program is perfect for experienced CrossFit athletes looking to advance their skills to the competitive or professional level. Stay sharp during the off-season and learn new techniques that make you a better, more skilled competitor next time you’re on the field.

  • CrossFit Kids

    With this course kids will develop a lifelong love of fitness and build a foundation to avoid common problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity. CrossFit Kids targets children ages 5-16 and provides them with physical literacy and enhanced sports performance. Scientific research proves that exercise benefits cognitive function. So, your little athlete will do better on the field and the classroom.

    Our classes include elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, jump roping, and more – all in a fun and safe environment. We teach the 10 General Physical Skills that serve as the base for most sports and disciplines. This means that, for the most part, no two workouts are the same. Kids and teens never get bored and the novelty of each workout keeps them motivated to do more. Our classes are led by Jenny Myatt who can be contacted at T. 07887 952 956.

  • Nutrition

    The best workout in the world can’t combat a bad diet. We’ll help you find the right foods for your body type and specific goals. Nutritional guidance is critical to your success in fitness and overall health.
