For those that haven’t seen the facebook post , we have unfortunately had to close the gym for this evenings classes. The weather is due to get a lot worse between now and 9pm, making the driving conditions treacherous , so we have aired on the side of caution.

The snow is expected to continue until the early hours of tomorrow morning, so we will be playing the AM classes by ear so please keep your eyes out on here and facebook tribe groups for updates.

For those of you stuck at home, needing to burn some energy here are a few body weight workouts for you to try

  1. 5 Rounds – 10 Burpees, 15 Air Squats, 20 Sit Ups
  2. Death by Burpees – 1 on 1st minute, 2 on 2nd minute etc etc until you cant complete in the minute
  3. Amrap in 15 mins: 15 Alternating Lunges, 10 Push Ups, 10 Single Leg V Ups
