What is CrossFit Women?
CrossFit Women is a programme designed for women of all levels of fitness, experience, and age. The program will empower you to do things you never thought possible while keeping you in your comfort zone.
We understand the modern female has a busy schedule, whether you are a young career driven professional or a full time mum, our 45 minute, express sessions are designed to convenience you and your busy schedule!
We guarantee this programme will get you in the best shape of your life, you will reach your goals and will constantly be encouraged by our committed women trainers.
Before entering the Workout of the Day classes, athletes must complete our Women’s Introduction Course.
The course consists of 2 personal training sessions, which are 1 hour long. They are designed to help integrate women athletes into our fast paced Workout of the day (WOD). The course will start by concentrating on the basic CrossFit movements, such as Squatting and Pressing, progressing to more complex movements such as Kettlebell training, basic Gymnastics and Olympic Lifting.
One thing to note is the intensity of the workouts will increase at your own pace and our trainers will be there to encourage and push you to your potential.
After you have perfected the fundamentals on your Introduction Course you will complete “The workout of the day” (WOD) anytime you visit the gym. This isn’t like any “normal” gym where you receive a programme for 5-6 weeks and do the same thing each session, we post a different workout each and every day.
Our philosophy is to concentrate on constantly varied movements, every time you come for a workout you will be doing something different to enhance your fitness. In order to track you results and improvements we will repeat workouts from a previous date, however these will be months apart.
Everything is Scalable- If you are familiar with CrossFit WODs you will be aware that there are complex movements programmed. If you can do the WOD as recommended (rxd) brilliant, if not we will scale the exercises so you can complete the WOD as efficiently as possible!

Based on 2 one on one sessions teaching all of the fundamental CrossFit movements.
