Intro Classes

The Intro Course is critical in order to prepare an athlete for CrossFit. We use gymnastics, Olympic lifting and kettlebell training in our workouts, so in order to be competent enough to go into the 'WOD' classes, one of the following 2 courses must be completed:

Course 1: 4 Week Intro Course
Features of the course:
- This is a 4 week long course, where 2 sessions a week are to be attended. A refresher class is available if 1 session in the week is missed.
- During the 8 classes you will learn the CrossFit Movements starting with the more basic (Squats, Deadlifts etc) moving to more complex movements in week 3 and 4 (Kipping Pull ups, Snatch etc)
- This course is essential for all new members in order to gain entry into the 'WOD' classes
- The cost of the course is £90.

Course 2: Fast Track Intro Course
This course is available for the more advanced athletes who have had experience with a basic level of gymnastics, Olympic lifting, and other CrossFit modalities.
What it involves:
- 3 private 1 on 1 sessions with a trainer. The 8 session course is condensed down into 3 sessions, again starting with more basic movements in the 1st session, moving to more complex movements in sessions 2 and 3.
- Cost is £90 and sessions need to be booked with a trainer.
