Haiti Fundraiser update - A huge thank you to everyone who turned up yesterday for the team workout. We had a great turnout which meant the workout was fiercly competetive but more importantly, it was good fun!! We are going to keep the fundraising open untill Friday 12th Feb, so any donations, no matter how small, will really help!

Paleo Challenge update - 4 weeks in and the progress you're all making is simply, astonishing!!! Whether your goal was to bulk up or lean out, everyone is doing incredible, and the 'after' pictures are going to speak volumes!!
Currently, Jamie has lost 22 pounds, Mike and Xenia have lost over half a stone, Andrew 10 pounds last time I spoke to him, and a big well done to Greg, Uanfind and Oli who keep submitting near perfect food diaries.
Im seeing progress in ALL of you, whether it be improved performances, better body composition or both, and this is sure to be the first of many paleo challenges we do!
3 weeks to go guys, please keep up the good work, you've all done so well, stay with it!!
